Appraisals* conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) and use the comparable market value approach.  Moesart specializes in appraisals of Twentieth-century American works and late Nineteenth and Twentieth-century European painting.

Appraisals are for the purpose of estate planning, charitable contributions,  gift tax, and insurance.

* Appraisals are based upon an hourly fee plus expenses.  At no time is an appraisal based upon the value of the item/s appraised.
